We ship across India, to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. To verify whether your PIN code is serviceable, enter it on the checkout page — you will be notified immediately if it is not.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49 applies.
We dispatch orders through reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees and India Post, selected based on your PIN code and the most reliable service available.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier name, AWB/tracking number, and a tracking link. You may also track your order at any time at ganeshcloset.com/track-order using your order number.
If an order cannot be delivered after three attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the parcel, the shipment is returned to our atelier. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at the standard shipping fee) or to process a refund.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are refused on delivery, future Cash-on-Delivery orders from the same address may be declined at our discretion.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport disruptions, customs holds, civil unrest or actions of government authorities.
