Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes. Dispatched from our atelier in New Delhi to wardrobes across India.

1. Where we ship

We ship across India, to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. To verify whether your PIN code is serviceable, enter it on the checkout page — you will be notified immediately if it is not.

2. Shipping charges

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders above ₹999.
Below ₹999
₹79
A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49 applies.

3. Dispatch & delivery timelines

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day. We dispatch from our atelier in New Delhi within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery: Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metropolitan and Tier-1 cities typically receive deliveries within 3–5 business days; non-metro and remote locations may take 7–9 business days.

4. Our logistics partners

We dispatch orders through reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees and India Post, selected based on your PIN code and the most reliable service available.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier name, AWB/tracking number, and a tracking link. You may also track your order at any time at ganeshcloset.com/track-order using your order number.

6. Failed or undelivered shipments

If an order cannot be delivered after three attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the parcel, the shipment is returned to our atelier. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at the standard shipping fee) or to process a refund.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are refused on delivery, future Cash-on-Delivery orders from the same address may be declined at our discretion.

7. Delays beyond our control

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport disruptions, customs holds, civil unrest or actions of government authorities.
