We accept UPI (through our payment partner MMADPay) and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments work with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.

Yes, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Write to info@ganeshcloset.com with your order number and we will help. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be processed as a return after delivery.

UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or temporary outages of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases. You may retry the payment, switch to a different UPI app, or choose Cash on Delivery.

Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

Standard delivery is 5–9 business days from dispatch. Metro and Tier-1 cities typically receive deliveries within 3–5 business days; non-metro and remote locations may take 7–9 business days. We dispatch from our New Delhi atelier within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. The fee is shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

We ship across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. You can verify serviceability by entering your PIN code on the checkout page — you will be notified immediately if it is not serviceable.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking link. You may also track at any time at ganeshcloset.com/track-order using your order number.

Not at the moment. We ship only within India. For international or wholesale enquiries, write to info@ganeshcloset.com.

You may return any garment within 7 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

After the returned item is received and inspected at our atelier, refunds are initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from initiation. UPI refunds use the same UPI ID; COD refunds are paid by NEFT.

Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at info@ganeshcloset.com. We arrange a free pickup and process a replacement or a full refund within 7 business days, at your preference.

All sizes shown on product pages are standard Indian sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Where a specific size chart applies to a garment, it is shown on the product page. If you are between sizes, our recommendation is to size up.

Yes. Follow the same procedure as a return, but mention the new size you would like. Subject to availability, the exchange is dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of the original piece.
